About the Opportunity
Join RACV and lead high-performing Food & Beverage teams across premium hospitality environments. As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of conferences, events, restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars and events
- Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control and daily cash handling
- Support business performance through reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complex service issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen, events and leadership teams to deliver seamless operation
What you’ll need to be successful
- Proven supervisory experience within hospitality, ideally in a 4–5 star environment
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Commercial awareness including budgeting, reporting and cost control
- Exceptional communication skills and customer-first mindset
- RSA certification required
