About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to take the lead across our diverse and dynamic F&B operations, including multiple restaurants, stylish bars, in-room dining, lounges, and our premium conference and events spaces.
As the Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily food and beverage operations of the venue, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong expertise in managing large-scale conferences, events, weddings, and functions, as well as supporting restaurant and bar operations when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day F&B activities, including service standards, event coordination, and smooth venue operations.
- Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to elevate satisfaction.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Manage stock levels, monitor usage, and plan orders to minimize waste and meet demand.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor expenses, support budget goals, and contribute to driving sales and profitability.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear communication with teams and provide regular performance updates to management
