About the opportunity
You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. So, we’re looking for someone who can oversee a section independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine and the motivation to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving a consistently high-quality product
- Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage
- Overseeing and performing operational duties within your section
- Working across all areas of the kitchen operation as required
- ACommercial Cookery qualification, recognised in Australia
- Demonstrated cookery experience with well-developed knife skills
- Ability to thrive in a large, busy and fast-paced kitchen
- Full working rights in Australia
