What you will be doing:
- Hit the ground running with this customer service position.

What we’re looking for:
- Face to face customer service experience.
- Over the phone customer service experience.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s (highly regarded but not essential).
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
- Proficient in navigating through multiple systems.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience.
- Individuals that work well in a team environment.
