We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Sample Collections Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational delivery of our Drug and Alcohol Testing services. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for managing a network of Sample Collection Officers (SCOs), coordinating customer bookings, undertaking sample collections when required, and providing general administrative support. The role requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail, operational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Management & Operational Coordination
- Manage and coordinate a network of Sample Collection Officers across designated regions
- Schedule and allocate testing appointments efficiently to ensure service coverage
- Monitor availability, performance, and compliance standards
- Provide operational support and guidance to SCOs
- Maintain accurate personnel, compliance, and training records
- Ensure all operational activity adheres to company procedures and regulatory standards
- Organise and confirm customer bookings in line with operational capacity
- Liaise with clients to arrange appointments and respond to enquiries
- Manage urgent and short-notice testing requests
- Maintain booking systems with accurate and timely data entry
- Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience
- Sample Collection Duties
- Conduct workplace, roadside, and on-site drug and alcohol sample collections as required
- Follow strict chain-of-custody and compliance procedures
- Complete all documentation accurately and professionally
- Represent the company in a professional and confident manner at all times
- General Administration
- Maintain accurate company records and filing systems
- Process emails, phone enquiries, and correspondence
- Assist with operational reporting and documentation
- Support invoicing, basic finance administration, and data input
- Assist with updating company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required

- Access to own vehicle (travel required)
