We are recruiting Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver high-impact retail activations and sales experiences onboard cruise ships. This is a commercial, guest-facing role combining live brand representation with direct selling. You are responsible for opening, converting, and closing sales in a luxury retail environment at sea.
As a Brand Ambassador you will:
- Host curated luxury retail activations, and guest experiences
- Act as the onboard ambassador for premium and luxury brands
- Confidently open, drive, and close sales
- Engage guests through storytelling, product knowledge, and presence
- Drive traffic, excitement, and conversion within onboard retail spaces
- Work alongside onboard retail teams to support commercial targets
- Deliver polished, premium experiences that feel authentic and guest-first
Who We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or high-value products
- Previous cruise ship experience
- Confidence speaking to guests one-to-one and in group environments
- Strong closing ability
- Experience hosting events/activations
- Ability to work independently while owning performance and results
