Rackspace is seeking a dynamic AWS Alliance Manager to own, strengthen, and grow our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services. This role is critical in driving joint business development, expanding market presence, and aligning Rackspace’s product and service offerings with AWS programs and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced cloud ecosystem professional who understands AWS programs, partner incentives, co‑selling motions, and how to create compelling go‑to‑market value propositions that drive revenue and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all AWS relationship activity across UK & EMEA.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AWS’s partner programs, incentives, competencies, and funding mechanisms (MAP, OSA, ISV Accelerate, etc.).
  • Develop and execute a joint business plan with AWS, including revenue targets, marketing initiatives, certifications, and competency achievements.
  • Track and report partnership performance metrics, pipeline growth, and program compliance.
  • Business Growth & Co‑Sell Execution
    • Drive joint pipeline creation through collaborative sales engagement with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
