Salary: Β£65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:
- Passion for the latest Internet and hosting technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems and their application in a web hosting environment
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Effective communication skills at all levels, from technical to nontechnical directors
- Commercial and business acumen
- Expert-level knowledge of enterprise applications in one or more modules/systems
- Expert-level understanding of system capabilities and configuration options for various enterprise applications
- Expert-level knowledge of business processes and operations
Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultative resource for customers to help them achieve their business objectives
- Proactively review solution architecture, propose improvements, and implement approved changes
- Support the Service Account Manager in customer projects
- Schedule customer maintenance activities and ensure appropriate quality checks are completed
- Respond to support requests and coordinate our support teams and customer support teams where appropriate
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation for customer solutions
- Attend and participate in monthly and quarterly service review meetings
- Identify growth opportunities and pass leads to a Business Development Consultant
- Mentor and assist in the development of other technical staff
- Work toward a target of 80% for the Net Promoter Score
- Ensure high End of Ticket Ratings through clear and concise support documentation
- Engage with every customer in our portfolio at least once per quarter
- Help customers realize the value of our services through proactive architecture reviews and consultancy work
