This post would suit either an ECT or a more experienced teacher required for September 2026. The governors are looking to appoint a full-time teacher to join our team in one of our Key Stage 2 classes.

We wish to appoint someone who:

  • Is a strong teacher with a desire to continually learn and improve
  • Is innovative and creative in using a range of strategies to support all children’s learning
  • Has the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children to achieve their best
  • Shows initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Is creative as well as rigorous in their teaching
  • Is able to take on advice and work well as part of a team
  • Builds positive and supportive relationships with pupils and adults
  • Has a warm, caring personality and a good sense of humour

The school will be fully committed to supporting the successful candidate whether an ECT or a more experienced teacher. Rackheath Primary is an outstanding school and a great place to work.
