Salary: Grade 4 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum

The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant, who can inspire pupils to reach their potential. This position is Full Time, Term Time Only and will initially be based in the EYFS Department.

Rack House Primary School is a vibrant, multicultural school. We are a two form entry from two-year-old provision to year 6 with a Resource Provision attached. We have a hard working, highly motivated staff; who are totally dedicated to the children at our school. We are a Rights Respecting School and are very engaged in a wide variety of activities, which can be seen on our website.

To support the learning, development and wellbeing of pupils under the direction of teachers, enabling all children to achieve their full potential. The post holder will work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, delivering planned learning activities, promoting inclusion and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment. The post holder may supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the teacher and will contribute to assessment, planning and pupil progress.
