Our client is on a mission to build a more thoughtful consumer business, creating everyday products that deliver great performance while reducing environmental impact and staying accessible on price. They believe making better choices should be simple, practical, and within reach for everyone.

Over the past seven years, the business has disrupted the household cleaning market and is now one of the fastest‐growing and most positively reviewed brands across multiple core cleaning categories. With significant growth investment secured in 2021 and B Corp certification achieved at the end of 2023, the team is focused on scaling rapidly while remaining a force for positive change in everything they do.

The roleWe\’re looking for a TikTok Manager to own our client\’s TikTok channel end‐to‐end — from strategy and creative direction to production and performance. You\’ll translate clear product truths (it works, it\’s better, it\’s easier) into content people genuinely want to watch, share, and try, while maintaining a distinctive, consistent brand voice.

You\’ll be hands‐on, quick to execute, and confident balancing creator‐led storytelling, community‐first formats, and long‐term brand building — backed by a strong testing‐and‐learning mindset.

What you\’ll do

Working alongside the Social Media Manager to develop the TikTok roadmap: content pillars, weekly planning, seasonal moments, and launch support.

Set channel goals (growth, engagement, reach, brand impact) and define how we measure success.

Build a test‐and‐learn engine: hypotheses, experiments, rapid iteration, and clear recommendations.

Lead creative from brief to post: concepts, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards.

Create and oversee filming and editing (in‐house and with freelancers/creators).

Keep smol culturally relevant: trends, audio, formats, and creator styles—adapted, not copied.

Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and claims accuracy (with Legal/Reg where needed).

Work alongside our Influencer Marketing Manager by turning their plans into TikTok content that drives community & brand love.

Work with the Community Management team to support driving engagement.

Spot UGC and turn it into ongoing series—making customers the hero.

Partner with Customer Experience to turn real questions into content that reduces friction and builds trust.

Performance & reporting

Monitor performance daily/weekly: hooks, watch time, saves/shares, sentiment, and series health.

Report clearly on what worked, what didn\’t, and what we\’re doing next.

Share learnings across paid social, email, web, and product teams to amplify what TikTok tells us.

What we\’re looking for

Proven experience running a brand TikTok account (in‐house or agency), with examples of content you led.

Strong creative instincts: you know how to craft a hook, structure a story, and land a payoff.

Comfortable being hands‐on with production/editing (CapCut/Adobe/Final Cut—whatever gets it done).

Great taste for internet culture, with judgment about what fits smol and what doesn\’t.

Confident with analytics and experimentation (not vanity metrics only).

Excellent collaboration skills—able to influence stakeholders and move fast.

Bonus: experience in DTC, FMCG, subscription products, or regulated claims.
