We are seeking an SEO lead for an international D2C scale‑up that is moving into its next chapter of global expansion. They are seeing double‑digit growth year over year and their native iOS and Android apps are available in 12 languages, while their website has been launched across 12 markets.
About the Role: This is more than a traditional SEO role. You’ll be responsible for evolving the organic strategy beyond classic search into Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring they are discoverable wherever and however people search, including AI‑powered experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with delivery.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll own the technical SEO roadmap and develop best practice across the business.
- Define the AEO and GEO strategy for the business.
- Work closely with Content, Brand and Product teams to shape SEO‑led content.
- Develop a Digital PR plan and link‑building strategy.
- Define success metrics for SEO, AEO and organic discovery more broadly.
