We are seeking a Performance Marketing Director for an international DTC scale-up to lead them through their next chapter of global expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be their strategic leader as you drive acquisition across key growth markets.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing the customer acquisition strategy across web and app globally.

Leading growth at scale, managing large multi-million pound monthly budgets across a wide range of measurable channels.

Building a growth machine that drives high-velocity paid social and app campaign activity.

Identifying new channels, platforms and partners and encourage a test and learn environment.

Leading and inspiring a talented team of performance experts.

You will be a champion of experimentation in the business and have scaled a fast growing DTC business. You must have proven leadership experience and know how to elevate and drive performance marketing teams.

The role will be a hybrid set up with 3 days per week in the London office.
