Salary: £39,906-£47,389 per annum

Job description:

We’re looking for an experienced communications professional to join our Marketing & Communications team in a newly created role supporting the delivery of the University's transformation programme and strategy.

As Change Communications Manager, you’ll lead strategic communications that help colleagues understand, engage with, and support organisational change. Working with senior leaders and project teams, you’ll develop communication plans, create engaging content, provide expert advice, and help build change communications capability across the University.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience in internal and change communications within a complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience supporting organisational change and employee engagement
  • The ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships
