Sense is seeking an Internal Communications Transformation Lead to join our Internal Comms team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will help deliver a three-year plan, translating complex operational and technical information into clear communications for colleagues across Sense, from offices to retail sites.
Working with programme teams and senior leaders, you will develop engagement plans, messages and materials to support mobilisation through to adoption, ensuring accessible, inclusive communication.
