We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various care needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes or care facilities.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
Skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence with own car.
- Proven experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
