We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various care needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
  • Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes or care facilities.
  • Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills

  • Full UK Drivers Licence with own car.
  • Proven experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

Hours: Every Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 2pm
