Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various care needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes or care facilities.
Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
Skills

Full UK Drivers Licence with own car
Proven experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
