Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a team as a Trainee Estate & Lettings Agent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for property and people, looking to start their career in the real estate industry. Full training and support will be provided – no prior experience is necessary.
Sales & Lettings:
Assist with marketing properties for sale and rent
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
Support negotiations between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
Client Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and applicants
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers
Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain a professional front-of-house experience
Administration:
Assist with tenancy applications and referencing process
Support the preparation of property particulars, contracts, and compliance paperwork
Keep CRM systems and internal records up to date
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
Support negotiations between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
Requirements
A genuine interest in the property sector
