Job Summary

Responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships

  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
