Salary: £12.21 to £12.50 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am to 4:30pm

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Production Operative to join our team on a temp-to-permanent basis. This role is well suited to someone who is confident taking responsibility for key production tasks, particularly operating CNC cutting machinery, while ensuring high-quality standards during assembly work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate CNC cutting machinery
  • Set up and make adjustments to CNC machines when required
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Perform accurate assembly work to a high standard
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure precision and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating CNC cutting machines
