We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Production Operative to join our team on a temp-to-permanent basis. This role is well suited to someone who is confident taking responsibility for key production tasks, particularly operating CNC cutting machinery, while ensuring high-quality standards during assembly work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate CNC cutting machinery
- Set up and make adjustments to CNC machines when required
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform accurate assembly work to a high standard
- Carry out quality checks to ensure precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines
