Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bonding Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication and assembly of components, ensuring quality standards are met through precise bonding and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Spray application of adhesives to foam and material components
- Bonding foam, fabrics, and coverings
- Preparing materials prior to bonding (cutting, positioning, masking)
- Operating spray equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling components to required specifications and quality standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks on bonded parts
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area, particularly within spray zones
- Following health & safety procedures, including PPE requirements
