Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and letting of properties, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.
Duties
Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms.
Provide administrative support including managing paperwork and contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Full UK Drivers Licence with own car
Proven experience in sales or lettings within the property sector is advantageous.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing client interactions.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Wednesday + Thursday 9am to 6pm
Every other weekend – Saturday 8:45am to 4pm, Sunday 10:45am to 3pm
