We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fabric Cutting Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for precise trimming and finishing tasks on various products, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to trim, finish, and refine products according to specifications.
- Use mechanical knowledge to adjust and maintain trimming equipment as needed.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in setting up workstations and preparing materials for trimming tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials or finished products as required, following proper manual handling procedures.

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Proven experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical fitness suitable for standing for extended periods and performing manual handling tasks.
