The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector / Administrator to join a busy warehouse team. This is a varied role combining quality inspection, stock checking and general administration.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality standards are met
- -Check products for damage, defects or discrepancies
- -Complete quality checks and record findings accurately
- -Carry out stock and product checks
- -Update spreadsheets, databases and warehouse records
- -Complete general administrative duties
- -Assist with paperwork, documentation and filing
- -Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the relevant team members
- -Liaise with warehouse and office staff regarding stock and quality queries
- -Ensure all records are accurate and kept up to date
- -Follow company health & safety and quality procedures
About You:
- -Previous experience in quality inspection, warehouse administration or a similar role is desirable
- -Excellent attention to detail
- -Good organisational and time-management skills
- -Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- -Good written and verbal communication
- -Able to work independently and as part of a team
- -Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- -Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
