Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and developing teams.

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen compliance.
