We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our friendly and busy office team. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional with strong Sage experience and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing financial records and supplier accounts. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial processes, supporting the wider business, and liaising with external accountants when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping systems
- Manage and process high volumes of accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process and manage supplier payments in line with company cashflow requirements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Analyse credit card statements
- Support month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Prepare financial reports and assist with reporting requirements
- Maintain organised and accurate filing systems for financial documentation
- Liaise with external accountants and support audit preparation where necessary
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company procedures

- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or similar finance role
