General Purpose of the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing strategies across a range of channels. This includes overseeing paid media, SEO, content strategy, lead generation campaigns, and social media. You will work hands-on, closely with internal teams and manage external marketing agencies to ensure the delivery of measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn), display advertising, and paid social.
  • Use AI-driven marketing tools for content generation, audience targeting, email workflows, and campaign optimisation.
  • Oversee the management, performance, and ROI of external marketing agencies and freelancers.
  • Lead website optimisation efforts, focusing on UX, content, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Develop and implement automated email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
