The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector / Administrator to join a busy warehouse team. This is a varied role combining quality inspection, stock checking and general administration.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality standards are met
- Check products for damage, defects or discrepancies
- Complete quality checks and record findings accurately
- Carry out stock and product checks
- Update spreadsheets, databases and warehouse records
- Complete general administrative duties
- Assist with paperwork, documentation and filing
- Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the relevant team members
- Liaise with warehouse and office staff regarding stock and quality queries
- Ensure all records are accurate and kept up to date
- Follow company health & safety and quality procedures
About You:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, warehouse administration or a similar role is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
