Hours: Full time, hybrid

An excellent opportunity for Paralegal with litigation experience. As a Paralegal, you will specialise within Contentious Probate matters. You will be supporting a wide client base both domestically and internationally.

Daily Duties

  • Handling new client enquiries
  • Drafting Legal Documents (instructions to counsel, letters of claim/response, witness statements)
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Preparing matters for court hearings and mediation meetings
  • Undertaking research on various points of law
  • Assisting with costs and funding

Required Experience

  • LLB or LPC graduate
  • Experience in Litigation
