An excellent opportunity for Paralegal with litigation experience. As a Paralegal, you will specialise within Contentious Probate matters. You will be supporting a wide client base both domestically and internationally.
Daily Duties
- Handling new client enquiries
- Drafting Legal Documents (instructions to counsel, letters of claim/response, witness statements)
- Preparing court bundles
- Preparing matters for court hearings and mediation meetings
- Undertaking research on various points of law
- Assisting with costs and funding
Required Experience
- LLB or LPC graduate
- Experience in Litigation
