Hours: full time, office based

Our client, a boutique law firm, require a Legal Assistant to join their property department. As a Legal Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of legal administration and client care. This is a friendly firm where you will be working as a Legal Assistant on a one-to-one basis.

Daily Duties

  • Ensuring Clients are updated during all stages of the conveyancing process face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Onboarding Clients, AML checks, providing quotes
  • Liaising with Agents, Brokers and Solicitors during the conveyancing process
  • Using the Land Registry portal
  • Drafting documents
  • Opening files on the case management system

Skills and required

At least 6 months experience in residential conveyancing as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary.
