A super role for a Conveyancing Secretary to work in fantastic Bradford Office. This is a super friendly law firm. As a Conveyancing Secretary you will support a Senior Conveyancer. You will be encouraged to work on your own initiative but support and mentoring will always be available.

Daily Duties

  • Supporting the Conveyancer with files from instruction through to completion

  • Liaising with clients and agents over the phone, face to face and by email

  • Drafting documents, using the Land Registry portal

  • Using in house case management.

  • Some previous Conveyancing experience
