Daily Duties Providing advice on the property buying and selling process, from opening the file to closure Drafting sale contracts and transfer documents Communicating with clients, mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors Processing and agreeing mortgage and lease contracts Registering the transfer with the Land Registry Maintaining accurate records and keeping buyers and sellers up to date Checking sales contracts and supporting legal documents Keeping clients safe from money laundering and other fraudulent activities.
