A new opportunity for a Conveyancer to become part of the friendly conveyancing department in this thriving Bradford office. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants.
Duties:
- Managing your own caseload of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buys and transfers of equity from instruction to completion.
- Communicating with clients, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, and Solicitors.
- Following and maintaining a case management system.
- Title checking and dealing with enquiries.
- Carrying out AML and SOF/SOW checks.
- Bill processing.
Required skills:
- Previous experience within property law.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
