Nielsen Racing is seeking a Lead Composite Technician to establish and run our in-house composites capability for LMP2/LMP3. This full-time role covers location at Sywell Aerodrome with travel to events and testing.
The successful candidate will own composite preparation, repairs and bodywork readiness across our race programme, and work closely with the Chief Mechanic and No.1 Race Technicians to ensure race readiness.
