As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Customer Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role within the business and will be the first point of contact for our trade and wholesale customers.
You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders and coordinate dispatch while working closely with our sales, marketing and production teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service. Working within a small and collaborative team, the role offers a varied mix of customer service, sales coordination and operational support.
This position is initially offered as maternity cover, however there is strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
- Acting as the first point of contact for trade customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing and managing sales orders received via phone, email and online channels
- Preparing invoices and sales documentation
- Coordinating dispatch and shipping of orders
- Monitoring backorders and communicating delivery timelines
- Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and order management
- Supporting the team at trade shows and events when required
Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration or office support role
Confident using computer systems and adapting to internal software
Experience working with wholesale or trade customers
Competitive salary depending on experience
