Grounds person/ Maintenance / Gardener required for a beautiful, private country estate located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

We are looking for a full-time experienced person to join this small team. Someone looking for a long-term position would be preferred.

The family have horses and excellent equestrian facilities which are all kept immaculate throughout the year.

The Position will involve:

  • All grass care which will include mowing using a large ride-on mower, strimming and edging
  • General weeding
  • Woodland maintenance
  • Driveway maintenance
  • Car cleaning
  • Basic DIY

The Successful person will be:

  • Reliable, enthusiastic with a really good work ethic
  • Local to the following areas - Knowle, Kenilworth, Coventry and Birmingham
  • Polite and well presented
  • Friendly, with a good sense of humour and easy to get along with
  • Car driver with own transport
  • Happy working in all weathers
  • Happy to work alone, but also able to work in a small established team and follow instructions
  • Animal friendly
  • Physically fit
