Grounds person/ Maintenance / Gardener required for a beautiful, private country estate located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
We are looking for a full-time experienced person to join this small team. Someone looking for a long-term position would be preferred.
The family have horses and excellent equestrian facilities which are all kept immaculate throughout the year.
The Position will involve:
- All grass care which will include mowing using a large ride-on mower, strimming and edging
- General weeding
- Woodland maintenance
- Driveway maintenance
- Car cleaning
- Basic DIY
The Successful person will be:
- Reliable, enthusiastic with a really good work ethic
- Local to the following areas – Knowle, Kenilworth, Coventry and Birmingham
- Polite and well presented
- Friendly, with a good sense of humour and easy to get along with
- Car driver with own transport
- Happy working in all weathers
- Happy to work alone, but also able to work in a small established team and follow instructions
