The Role Commercial Finance – Finance Business Partner Non-F1 Team Brackley, United Kingdom We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the non-F1 team. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic business partnering with financial leadership, providing insight, challenge and guidance to support decision-making and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering Act as the lead finance business partner for High-Performance Powertrains, Customer Teams and on-site Technical Services functions. Build strong relationships with departmental leaders and become a trusted advisor on strategic and operational decision-making. Provide financial challenge, commercial insight and robust business cases to support investment decisions. Influence decision-making through clear analysis of financial and commercial performance. Support the evaluation of new customer opportunities, commercial proposals and strategic initiatives through robust financial modelling and analysis Review project pricing to optimise profit margins Financial Planning
