JOB SUMMARY

Race Rock is seeking a hands‑on, high‑accountability Operations Supervisor to lead second‑shift operations across both Fabrication and Galvanizing Departments.

This role will serve as the primary leadership presence on second shift, with primary responsibility for overseeing Fabrication operations while also acting as the key escalation point for after‑hours Galvanizing support.

This is a working leadership role—not a desk job.

Due to the size of the second‑shift fabrication team, the supervisor is expected to actively support production while simultaneously leading people, driving performance, and maintaining accountability.

The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader who can make sound decisions under pressure, enforce standards consistently, and develop people while maintaining a safe, productive, and disciplined work environment.

This position is a critical part of Race Rock’s long‑term operational strategy as we continue integrating Fabrication and Galvanizing under a unified operating model.

Strong advancement opportunities exist for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and operational excellence.
