The Race Equality Network in Bradford leads the Bradford Health Inequities Programme (Bhip) and seeks a specialist lead for racism and structural discrimination. You will apply structural analysis to community insight and translate learning into changes in policy, practice, commissioning and governance that drive demonstrable system change and improvement.
You will work with communities, VCSE organisations, commissioners and senior system leaders to build trusted relationships and influence.
