Race and Rally, Lisburn is looking to interview Talented, Competitive, Self-Motivated Professionals for a Motorsport Parts Advisor position. Candidates must have the ability to work as a team and enjoy interaction with customers and be able to work using their own initiative. A friendly and engaging personality is essential.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

  • Motorsport interest/background essential
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Technical/hands on ability/background
  • Hands on attitude
  • Assisting customers in selecting products, suggest companion requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product lines
  • Flexibility to work weekends, on events at rallies etc
  • Select orders from stock. If part is not in stock, determines availability and submits an emergency order if requested by the customer.
  • Answer phones calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Provides the highest possible level of customer service and is expected to conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional company image
  • Full driving license essential
