We are dedicated to innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation works on-site, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standard, on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians on-site to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other contractors, subcontractors, and the project manager to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications and be confident on email correspondence and using document storage (One Drive).
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Report on project progress and highlight any potential issues or delays to senior management.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience with managing site health and safety.
