Hours: Part time – 21 hours per week
Contract Type: Initial 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

About You
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills, an interest in finance, and a willingness to learn and develop within a growing business. We are looking for someone who will be a great fit for our team and has potential to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and issuing customer invoices
- Supporting on account reconciliations
- Support with customer queries
- Assisting with month end reporting
Essential skills you will need:
- Some understanding of Accounts Receivable purpose and functions
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other analytical formulas, data validation and cleansing, and reporting/reconciliation analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Administration, or similar finance role.
- Experience using Xero
- Experience working in a high-volume transactional environment.
- AAT qualification or equivalent finance studies.
