Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder Fitter to join our team on the 3rd shift in Canton, OH. The position involves performing welding using primarily Mig techniques on structural steel, fitting and constructing parts and frames, and reading blueprints and weld prints. The role also includes utilizing measurement tools, hand tools, power tools, and shop machines as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding using Mig techniques on structural steel.
- Fit and construct parts and frames.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints.
- Utilize measurement, hand, and power tools.
- Operate shop machines as required.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Mig welding.
- 2+ years of experience in fitting.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Strong knowledge of hand, measurement, and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Tig welding.
- Familiarity with stainless steel or sheet metal welding.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.04 – $23.04/hr.
