Join a dynamic team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Most employees will be part of the Hub & Spoke side of the business, handling products from various locations and ensuring timely delivery to distribution centers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Receive, house, pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
- Handle material and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and shipped promptly.
- Load and unload shipments as required.
Essential Skills
- Experience in warehouse distribution and stocking.
- Proficiency in picking, packing, and material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience standing for the duration of a shift (8+ hours).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse inventory procedures.
- Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment
Work in a 1.5 million square foot facility with a team of 315 people, including 35 temps. Choose from various shifts such as Shipping PM (6pm-2am), Orderfill PM (4pm-12am), Put Away AM (7am-3pm), and Stocking PM (12:30pm-8:30pm). Enjoy a casual dress code with no steel toes required, and receive a high-visibility vest or t-shirt. Overtime may be called on the day of need. First-day training includes a facility walkthrough and forklift safety training, with ongoing support from team leads and supervisors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harvard, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.10 – $18.50/hr.
