About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering a great candidate experience? We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be working within a busy, high-volume environment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the delivery of hiring at pace. This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication and stakeholder management are key. Reporting into the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and external partners to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining a consistent and professional experience.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to offer
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver recruitment activity aligned to hiring plans
- Supporting attraction and screening activity across multiple channels
- Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions
- Managing recruitment administration, compliance and ATS records
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years’ recruitment experience (Agency or in-house)
- Prior experience in volume recruitment
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at pace
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
