RAC is seeking an experienced Rescue and Recovery Deployment Operations Manager (Out of Hours) to lead deployment teams across nights and weekends in a true 24/7 environment. You will drive performance, improve service outcomes, and shape how rescue and recovery activity is delivered.
You will work with senior leaders, contractors and frontline colleagues to maximise customer experience and operational efficiency, while coaching deployment leads and embedding continuous improvement.
