About The Role
We’re looking for caring and confident individuals to join the Motability Team as a Customer Service Specialist, on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Motability customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. Many of our customers have complex needs, so your ability to listen, reassure, and act quickly is essential. You’ll play a vital role in making sure our customers get the right help, as quickly as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle breakdown calls efficiently
- Answer customer calls promptly, meeting key performance targets.
- Log accurate information
- Capture important details such as location, vehicle issues, and customer needs to support quick assistance.
- Reassure customers
- Provide calm, clear, and empathetic support during what can be a stressful situation.
- Support effective triage
- Gather the right information to help determine the best response - whether that’s an RAC patrol or a mobile mechanic.
- Keep systems up to date
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately to avoid delays or errors.
- Work as part of a team
- Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to ensure the customer gets the right support quickly.
