It’s a brand-new and exciting time as we build a first-of-its-kind operation to manage fleet vehicles that are off the road following a breakdown or incident. This new service has been designed specifically for a growing operational area, offering a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up. We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead this new function, bringing energy and ideas to shape how it works and how it grows.
In this role, you’ll directly manage a team of 8 VOR Specialists, supporting them as they handle cases from start to finish. Together, you’ll help get vehicles back on the road quickly, safely and in a cost‑effective way, while making sure customers feel informed and supported throughout. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role and a great opportunity to take on a new and exciting challenge, working closely with colleagues, repair partners and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting, coaching and developing a team of 8 VOR Specialists
- Will lead on formal management processes around absence, reliability and disciplinary
- Making sure day‑to‑day work runs smoothly and cases are handled efficiently
- Monitoring performance and helping the team meet targets for service, quality and turnaround times
- Stepping in to support more complex cases or escalations when needed
- Coordinating repairs, onward travel and vehicle storage
- Using data and feedback to identify improvements and make changes
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Supporting cost management while maintaining a positive customer experience

- Experience leading or supporting a team in a busy operational or contact centre environment
- A track record of improving performance and meeting targets
- Experience developing others and supporting team growth
