RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Roadside Operations Finance team, supporting performance across a critical area of the business. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, where you’ll deliver high‑quality reporting and insight to support operational and commercial decision‑making. Working closely with Finance Business Partners and the wider Operations team, you’ll play a key role in driving cost control, improving data quality, and enhancing reporting processes. What You’ll Do
- Process Improvement & Delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency
- Support automation and simplification of existing reporting
- Enhance data quality and consistency across outputs
- Financial Reporting & Control
- Prepare and deliver accurate reporting across Roadside costs and KPIs
- Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and controls
- Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
- Planning, Analysis & Insight
- Analyse cost performance and key operational drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Produce clear, data‑driven insights to support decision‑making
- Business Partnering & Collaboration
- Support Finance Business Partners with analysis and reporting
- Build effective working relationships with operational stakeholders
- Present financial information in a clear and concise manner
What You’ll Bring
- Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and processes
- Experience in a fast‑paced finance environment
