About The Role
Location: RAC Bescot Head Office
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £36,400 + night allowance
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, between 8pm-6:30am (35 hours per week). Includes weekend and bank holiday working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of key deployment KPIs (PAR, JPH, DTR, contractor usage, NPS).
- Coaching and developing colleagues to improve performance, productivity and quality.
- Acting as the go‑to expert for line management, performance, attendance, H&S and deployment processes.
- Building capability within the team and supporting continuous improvement.
- Handling escalated customer or colleague issues, incident reports and compliance actions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver for our customers.
What you’ll need:
- Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of deployment systems, processes and breakdown products.
- Confidence managing underperformance in line with policies and procedures.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail under pressure.
- Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach to problem‑solving.
- Good understanding of operational performance metrics and how to influence them.
- Competence using iCAD and associated systems.
