We are looking for Customer Care Experts to join our Bescot team on a Full-Time, 6 month fixed-term contract. Working Monday to Friday, this is a great opportunity if you are looking for predictable hours, meaningful work and the backing of a trusted brand. Our Customer Care team support members when things haven’t gone to plan. As a Customer Care Expert, you will take ownership of enquiries and complaints, guiding members through the process with empathy, clarity and professionalism. What You’ll Do:

  • Handling inbound calls and written queries from RAC members.
  • Taking full ownership of complaints and complex queries from start to finish.
  • Communicating decisions clearly, fairly and with empathy.
  • Working within FCA standards and agreed timelines.
  • Updating systems accurately and keeping case records compliant.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in customer service or complaints handling.
  • The confidence to manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
